I was a bit hestiant when i purchase this unit but because we have used this brand in Australia so we have decided to give it a shot in the US. This brand did not disappoint us and we are very pleased with the quality and finished. More important, I can cook any style I wanted without worrying the smell spreading into my bedroom or living room! The customer service is good. After we purchased the unit, we called the customer service line for installation service and a representative immediately picked up then set up an appointment for a technician to come. The cost is very reasonable and the technician did a fine job. Also the company assigned a dedicated account manager to me, so whenever I have questions about the unit, I can just call him directly and skip the line! Who would have expected that by purchasing a range hood!

It is one of few 36" high-end range hood in the market.The positive: It is stylish, powerful.The negative: Very noisy even at the lowest speed, poor lighting, the light bulb is nonstandard.
